We all know Millennials and Gen Z (born 1981–2012) are wired for purpose and innovation. Yet, when it comes to practical, hands-on skills, most of our 9–16-year-olds are still getting a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Could weaving vocational training into the school day be the missing piece for tomorrow’s entrepreneurs?
